How do you store your passwords? Passwords that others would need to know should something happen to you? This is a question for personal and company use.
 
KeePass is an awesome piece of software. Give the password to whomever you want to have access to all of the passwords in it.

I also use KeePass, it's also nice in an IT environment because you can have a shared password db. When you save a change and somebody has already done changes since your last save, it gives you a synchronize option. :)
 
1password, file kept on dropbox, so accessible from phone/tablet apps, and also just from any browser.
