Not bad, there was better deals posted earlier this week though on here. Not bad though, check the reviews

Isn't this technically better as it is also 120hz? and 42in's? I'll need to do more research on this model during my lunch break but from a glance it does look a better deal :3, I am assuming it will have to do with the different ips panels involved?
 
Man, I think this is a no-brainer, especially w/free shipping and free 30-day return policy (meaning they pay for return shipping). I delayed shipping for a few weeks for this to arrive four days before the Superbowl just in case there's even better deals in the coming weeks (then I can just cancel my order).
