Paint inside of Lian-Li Question

Well instead of dropping $ on a new case I figure I may as well make the inside of my case black (that's the only want for a new case) at the moment. I want to go with a matter or flat black color. Can anyone give me a recommendation on what to use for the bare aluminum and should it be sanded before coating. Thanks in advance for any input!
