I'd bet this thread will get locked, but there is also gozing.com. I've gotten paid by them several times. They usually have $10 IT surveys about XP SP2 deployment or something like that.

Hmm, looks good, but under the benefits tab, it says thus:

So, possiblity of only $1, or, they just dump it into a prize drawing....
