P6903 R5 C23 G7 won't start

Same here. It never picks up. Instead, slowly but surely consumes all available memory until it's killed by OOM-handler.

if you don't have any units queued up (no wuresults_*.dat in work/) it should be safe to
remove queue.dat and work/ (less invasive approach but unit may still come back to you).

More invasive (and more likely to have effect) approach is removal of machinedependent.dat
file but, again, need to be sure there are no units queued up for return.
 
I had to remove machinedependent.dat to force a different unit, along with queue.dat, unitinfo.txt, and the entire contents of the work directory.
