I recently got this card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121374 and can easily achieve a stable 1ghz core clock on windows because msi afterburner / asus smartdoctor lets me adjust the voltage to 1.35v

however, every other tool, include the ones offered in linux, only let me volt up to 1.2125, leaving the card at a good 950~ before it collapses due to lack of volts. the heat never goes above 75c and the card just outright stops.

is there a way I can edit the bios to increase my default voltage from 1.2125v to 1.35v for my overclocked state? I've tried Radeon Bios Editor but it doesn't let me change the voltage registers for my card, and I was wondering if anyone here knew a way to change my hard limit of 1.2125 in the bios so it would work in any OS I throw it in.
