Overclocking is overclocking my clock

I'm pretty sure it's my overclocking. For the past couple months, I've been overclocking my CPU just slightly, and I notice the time displayed on the taskbar pushes ahead by several minutes every few days.

Just yesterday I upped the overclock slightly, and the time is pushing ahead a couple more minutes in even less time.

Any remedies?

Also, now I'm getting an error when manually updating the clock. It could very well be my school's network (which is useless and utterly unreliable), but I've never seen it before and I've been able to update without problems up until now.

The second one is most likely the school's firewall blocking the packets, or the port they come in on.

If the school's blocking NTP packets, maybe they have a local server.
