Overclocking 6950 in secondary slot.

I have a reference Sapphire 6950 in a secondary PCIe slot, and a non-reference Sapphire 6950 in my primary slot.

I'd like to overclock the reference card, without overclocking the non-reference card in the primary slot. Sapphire TriXX allows me to overclock either the primary card, or take both of the cards to the same clocks. I currently have the secondary card at 840/1250 through Catalyst, but I'd like to push it harder.

How can I overclock just the secondary card?

MSI Afterburner. Although AB never seems to preserve my +X% power control settings which is a major pain.
