Over 100 posts, still cant use FS/FT?

Hello, I passed the 100 post threshold to gain privs to FS/FT section, but I am still unable to post new threads or reply to current ones, it says " You have insufficient privileges to reply here. "

Is this somthing that needs to be manually enabled on my account, or do I just need to wait longer?
