Outlook signature image resizing

im at a lose here.

long story short our work signature image is getting shrunk and enlarged depending on who we send it to interoffice. we're comparing it to text that is above the image like so:

correct (and how we want it) when i send it back to myself:

I_____M______A______G______E


when i send it to certain people:

[email protected]

I_____M______A______G______E



and when i send it to others:

[email protected]

I______M_______A_______G_______E

Outlook changes the size of the images based on your (the sender's) DPI. If it differs from the recipient's DPI it'll look either smaller or bigger than it actually is.

Make sure the DPI of the image matches your Windows DPI setting.

Outlook is such a pain in the ass because of this.

Outhouse has more fundimental problems that makes it a PITA that this.

Funny thing, I'm on my phone now and the first example above the "image" example doesn't match the end of the address line like it did on my workcomputer.

So basically were screwed since it seems to be on the recipients side unless we make it 96dpi?
