We were using Outlook 2002 on one computer to manage all of our contacts and emails. Now we have 2 computers and was wondering if there is a way to "share" the pst file between the computers so that it will sync if either computer changes information to a contact, makes an appointment, gets an email, etc. Also, I was looking around at the Business Contact Manager for the new Outlook. Would this have the ability to do what I was talking about eariler? If not, are there any other solutions out there that would be able to import an Outlook pst file and do all of this. Thanks.

Mwahahahahaha, welcome to MS hell.
The solution that's the best: An exchange server. (Yeah, not going to happen I know)
Second best: use a program like
http://www.synchpst.com/
or look around google for synchronize pst or something..
It's definitly not an elegant solution, I use it for my laptop/desktop, and it works, but it's a pain...
