Outlook 2003 can not read Arabic character

Friend of mine has got 2003 server , at work he is using outlook 2003 as mail client to exchange server , he was not able to read the mail that he is receiving in Arabic character .He asked me to check that , I could not figure out where is the problem

Arabic language was chosen in "Regional Settings"

The accented characters? That means you have an encoding problem on the message. What are the headers on the mesage?

I could not get what did you mean ? I found the below at the top of the email

RE: FW: Recommendation for NAC
AFs Hsa [[email protected]]
 
Click on View, Encoding, then choose Arabic. This should help. The only issue is that you have to do it for every e-mail that you open that has Arabic in it.

Thanks, I am aware of that, but with outlook , I could not find that option,,,,,,,,,,,,,yes with IE you have that option.

You have to have the meesage opened (not just preview pane)
Click on View, click on Encoding (you may have to expand the menu to see this option), click on More and select Arabic.
 
The only issue is that you have to do it for every e-mail that you open that has Arabic in it.
