Alright folks....I have been out of the OCing scene for awhile now, time to get back in!
I just purchased a Visiontek 4850 today, threw her in, and fired things up. Instantly flashed the BIOS following a guide here to bump the fan speed up a bit and make sure I set my voltage on high in the BIOS. So far so good.
Last time I was overclocking ATI tool was still being updated (a long time ago). What are the programs people use to overclock now? I have been just using the overdrive test tool and it is giving me clock speeds, but I don't really trust it even a small amount. I'm not looking to voltage mod or anything here...just squeeze out a few extra mhz (and because I am bored).
What do yall use to find your clocks? What do you use to test those clocks are stable?
