Other world computing... I was gonna order, but... Are they good?

Ok. I was going to order a laptop screen protector from them, but then I decided to drift over to reseller ratings and take a look. What I saw is (obviously) quite discouraging.

So, what are the experiences of the people here? I need a screen protector, but I don't buy from places unless they have an 8 OR I have previous experience with them. OWC's Lifetime of 4.4 is not a good sigh.

So, anyone here buy from them? I do have a platinum Visa, I can contest a charge in a blink, but I'd rather not.
 
I ordered some memory from OWC back in December of 2002.

Ordered it, they shipped it - came on time.

Worked great.

No major complaints from me at least.
 
my buddy ordered 2gb of ram for his dual G5 and one of the sticks is incompatible. thats a pain.
 
I ordered a G4 CPU on a Thursday night with overnight shipping. They shipped Firday and I had it Saturday.

I also bought another G4 CPU upgrade with no problems.
 
I ordered a $249 900MHz PowerPC 750FX processor upgrade from them for my B&W Power Mac a month or so back. Everything went very well.

I recently ordered my SeriTek/1S2 Serial-ATA PCI controller card from them for my Power Mac G4, everything went great as well.

Both of the above shipped out to me the morning after I ordered them.
