Other good networking/tech forums, books, sites, ect?

I am researching networking quite a bit more to help improve my just slightly above average knowledge and wanted to have some recommendations for forums, sites, books, ect that could be helpful. Eventually I need to setup my cisco lab and get my CCNA outta the way.

I think a couple of 2924 XL's, some 2600's, a 2800, and maybe a 3324?

check the dynamips at the top of this forum. It might be of help if you can hook in your real equipment and use dynamips to fill in the holes to have a bigger lab. for more complex and challenging configurations. Or if your just missing a piece of equipment to experiment.

not sure if this is possible. just an idea.
