OS 3.0 out yet?

So today was supposed to be the release date for 3.0. Anyone able to get it yet?

I was able to download it early via torrent. It works really well so far - no complaints. However, I haven't been able to get tethering working correctly (there is a site which will give you the proper carrier profile to enable the option, but my MacBook won't connect to the Internet after it is paired).
