So I have been looking all over, but I can't seem to find anything that will do what I want, so I figured to ask...
The front of my case is a giant wall, and I get very little air intake from the front, and I had heard of intake fans that mount in an optical drive bay...
My search on newegg came up dry (though who knows if I am searching the right words).
Cheap is the key, though i don't expect this to be very expensive anyway.
Microcenter or newegg or some other major retailer would be best...

How about the Scythe Kama Bay fan? It comes in silver, black, and white to match most case colors. I was considering one of these for my Lian-Li V1200, to add a bit more air flow.

u8myrice pointed to what you probably want. Here are some other options if you want to take a look at them.

They are called Bay coolers or HDD coolers...and I'm under the impression that they suck. Or don't suck...as in don't pull in enough air, but it's however you want to look at it. There are several different types to choose from though.

What I linked is the same thing just 4 dollars less and cheaper shipping. Whatever floats your boat though.

I used 2 of those Scythe bay fans in a server before giving it to my GF as a Sims2 machine...

They're really quite nice.

I didn't really do comparative shopping, just pointed out a few links as examples. He/She mentioned that they didn't know what they were called, so I answered the statement and gave a few examples. Figured he could make a his purchase on his own.

Congrats on knowing exactly where to go for crappy ways of cooling your case though.

I'm still leaning towards u8myrice's suggestion though...if you have enough bays open. Reviews say it doesn't pull much air as it should. Filter seems like a nice touch.

The title is a little weird because NewEgg makes it looks like it fits in a 3.5" bay. It actually fits in the optical size bay (5.25). I have one and like the control knob for the fan on it - you can only hear the fan if it is cranked all the way up. I usually turn it down to a level a tiny bit below where I can hear it. Haven't really gone crazy trying to test temp diffs, just figure every little bit of air going in is going to help.

Oops - almost forgot - comes in silver too. Check the manufacturer link on the page for better info.

Thank you all for your help and suggestions.
