Opinions on the new Antec Sonata w/ 450w psu?

Anyone here using one? I always wanted the old Overture and now that the new version is out with a 450w psu I'm so tempted to change from the AC Silentium T1 I'm using now..

What's the build quality, noise level, any problems getting the hardware in the case etc? Enlighten me please! :)

Edit: It's the Overture and not the Sonata that I want.
 
If it's anything like the old one then it's going to be kind of a crappy case (atleast for an HTPC), it does look very much like a slightly updated Overture revision 3.
 
It is to be used as my regular system and not a htpc.
I want to put a sata drive, a64 2800+, 6800le, a dvdrw and a floppy drive in it.
Nothing will be overclocked and I want it very quiet.. the question is can it be done?

I'm thinking that a AC NV5 cooler on the gfx should do the trick but the cpu is harder, are there any good hsf combos that will fit inside this case?
