I'm currently upgrading from my flaky Enermax Liberty 500w and trying to decide between these two psus:

The Silverstone ST75F 750 watt...

or a SeaSonic M12 SS-700HM 700 watt...

Both are reputable companies known for quality products. Both are nearly identical as far as voltages, rails, etc.,...plus both are modular, which I appreciate very much. They both seem quite capable of running dual 8800GTXs(which I won't do until later on in 2007), both having quad 6-pin connectors...so what would you pick?

Currently, I run an Asus AN832-SLI board, Opteron 165, 2gb G.skill PC4000, WD 74gb Raptor, Seagate 320gb SATA, 2 dvd drives, and 2 7800GT in SLI (soon to be an EVGA 8800GTX!).

Thanks for reading! :D

They're both great PSUs. Go for whichever is cheapest... (and personally I lean towards Silverstone anyway, their stuff is solid)

I have a silverstone, no problems lots of power, silent as a submarine :)

Nuxius, that is the sweetest deal I've ever seen. I pulled the trigger on that one...considering that it's $175 at Xoxide and $190 at Newegg...thank you a huge amount!

Diesel or an Electric submarine? :p

After reading johnny's review on that ST75F, I think I'm going to bite the bullet on two of them... especially with the 10% discount!
