Opinion on upgrades

I currently run the rig in my sig and I'm thinking of upgrading my mobo, cpu and memory.

I plan to do some OCing on air (Thermalright Ultra Extreme 120).Primary uses will be gaming (MMO's and single player). I will sometimes be running Virtual PC along with the game for those times I need to connect to work (no Vista64 supported VPN yet so have a VM with XP installed). What are your opinions on the following items?
