Operating Systems sub-forum only has 2 pages of history.

It's getting a lot of traffic and stuff drops off quickly, it's busier than General Software, which has many pages of history.

By design or mistake?

I show 20 pages, plus 11 in the Linux subforum, with my history set to 2 months. Have you checked your history setting?
 
The "default age view" is set individually by forum. OS was set to "last day", GS was set to one month. I went ahead and re-set OS to one month as well, since overall, they have about the same number of threads, even though OS is getting more posts. Now I see 19 vs. 20 pages for that time period, so they're about on par. ;)

But as lomn75 mentioned, you can change the setting on each forum page and go back further into history.
 
Thanks, I knew I could change it for myself, but if others went fishing for a thread the default of last day made it look empty.
