So, I'm a little confused by one of the readings in Open Hardware Monitor—what's going on here?

that's typical when you have several monitoring apps open at the same time, but also some apps simply does not read correctly as may be your issue, try with a more reliable tool, like aida64..

What Araxie said..Even if you don't have several HW apps polling the same sensors at once, the results of all these software programs is just a "rough guess" measurement. They take the speed, voltage, and an estimated current draw to give you a rough power usage in Watts. Your temperatures are fine, so I wouldn't even worry about it.
