Hey, I don't know what I was doing and removed trash from panel instead of emptying it. Now I don't know how to access it, or get it back! Please help! Thanks!

Running Hoarty Hedgehog (ubuntu)

hmmm I'm currently not in gnome(I'm trying to build gnome 2.12(which is turning out to be quite a painful process)), but I believe you can just rightclick on the panel and it should give you an add object menu or something like that. The trash can should be in there somewhere.

edit: okay, I just VNCed into one of my school's computers and it appears that there is no trash can panel object, so I don't know what's up exactly.

edit2: okay, well that box is running gnome 2.8.3, and apparently the trash can panel object is new to 2.10, so you should actually have it in there.

right click on panel and goto "add applet" the Trash applet exist there and was new to GNOEM 2.10 (very nice idea as well)

I was pulling my hair out, then I realized that I was clicking on the desktops instead of the panel. Haha. Thanks guys!
