Been collecting dust many years now and it's time to clean house.
Power supply failed after a bad storm/surge. I believe rest was ok but decided to build a new faster computer at the time. If I recall correctly. I did boot test with new build power supply.

Nice. I'm still using my IP35 (non pro, because I don't have a post code readout) with a s771 xeon as a DVR. Kind of tempted, because I broke one of the ram slots on my board expecting latches to "press closed" and my memory from installing the ddr2 had faded. At the same time, I have a 2500k p67 combo waiting to become the updated DVR build.
