Okay to sell Vista?

I am not asking to sell on here, so do not get the wrong idea.

I am simply asking if it's okay to sell Vista at all.

Due to some wierd circumstances, I'm about to have way too many versions of Vista.

They aren't OEM, they are retail.

I was gonna give one to my neice, but she didn't want it

So now I have too many versions...

So is their something against the EULA of selling a unopened retail version, or can I go ahead and put it up on Ebay?

yes you can sell your retail version, provided that you do not keep a copy of it. For further reference see:

There's aleady been copys of Vista Home premium upgrade, on the traders forum, so it must be allright here.He wanted just $99 a copy.

Legally you are allowed to sell it as a standalone item unless it is spcifically marked as 'Not for resale'. (In other words, as long as it is a retail product rather than an OEM product.)

Legally that can only occur once. But if the purchaser decided to also sell the thing I'm buggered if I know how Microsoft could ever expect to either detect or deny the sale.
