ok now... seriously all the tycoon game have been done..

"You need some gloryholes in the stalls", was the first thing that came to mind.

Working in sanitation was more interesting than working on an assembly line ( the repetition and potential repetitive strain injury ). You can take really long-ass breaks and nobody would notice.
