OG Titan issues

So I have gotten hold of an OG Titan. According to my friend, it is NONOP and exhibits the following symptoms:

It works in BIOS fine for as long as you are in BIOS but, after logging into Windows...30-45 seconds after the desktop is displayed it shuts off/loses display.

Any suggestions on what to check?
 
iv had success with a process of using heatgun and flux once i got the gpu nice and hot then id tilt the gpu to let the flux seep under the gpu die. my og titan was having serious over heating issues and weirdest slow motion bluescreens like it took 35 mins to dispaly a bluescreen on loading into windows.but yes DO NOT microwave it ><

Do not microwave it...That's one of my all-time favorite threads.

Already taking it apart today to replace the paste with some thermal grizzly. and inspect the board a bit closer with the heatsink off.

I don't plan to microwave it but I was thinking about baking it a little...maybe I'll just saute it with a little butter.
