Received mine today from NewEgg. It's from Nov batch w/ no firmware fix. Shipped from Jersey Warehouse. Got on the phone w/ BenQ. The tech tried to convince me that the firmware upgrade was a minor issue. He also told me that I will have to pay for shipping both ways to their service facility.By the way I am in Byffalo NY and it had to go to LCD service facility in California So 1 RMA & 60 dollars later my brand new LCD was on its way to BenQ. Newegg sucks big time....
It was pretty clear that they are still shipping monitors without the fix. Don't blame newegg, blame yourself for taking a risk and failing.
