Office 2003, print screen issue

In the above picture, you can see the office program open on the left, and the picture on the right beside it. The picture is the wallpaper the user has on her desktop.

What I did... mashed printscreen, then reopen Word, ctrl-v and it puts both side by side... when it should just be actual desktop I did a printscreen of.


anybody have any ideas ?

It now appears that when I press alt+print screen, instead of getting just the active window, I get the whole screen instead of the active window. *shrug*

as a work around, I have the user holding alt+print screen to grab a screen shot... its a work around, but it's not the way I like to do things...

did that raise anything ?
