OCZ XLC PC9200 And Striker Extreme

Hello,
i ma running OCZ XLC PC9200 AND STRIKER EXTREME, but i am having problems.
First thing i had to do was set the voltage manually to 2.35 because in auto it was like 1.8, dont know why.
Then using CPUZ it show on the memory tab:
Frequency 400.8 Mhz
FSBRAM 2:3
CAS# Latency 5.0 Clocks
RAS# to CAS# Delay 4 Clocks
RAS# Precharge 4 Clocks
Cycle Time (Tras) 11 Clocks
Bank Cycle Time (TRC) 22 Clocks
Command Rate 1T
Rest is greyed out.

Went to the OCZ page where it says the timings shoul be 5-5-5-18.
Went to bios and changed it to those setting, and when booting i get a long beep.
Had to set it all again to auto.
What should i do??
All other setting set to default

have you memtest to test whether 1 or both sticks are bad? is your bios uptodate?

Just Memtest for about 35 Min.
no errors...
