You could use separate home/business credit cards, or even have your family/friend buy 1 if you need to bypass #2 and get multiple drives
 
Also some useful info:

If you pay using ebillme on Tuesdays and Thursdays, you get 20% cashback up to $20. Once you get over $50 in cashback, you can redeem it all in the form of a check. Or turn it into a coupon in incremental values of $10. I've used this and can personally attest to the fact that this is valid.
