Oblivion Unicorn Problem

I found the grove the unicorn is in and protected by the unicorns but everytime i get anywhere near the unicorn it and the minatours start attacking me, even when i try to sneak up this doesnt work, anyone know what im doing wrong?
 
The unicorn's not worth it in my opinion. That thing is batshit craaaaazy.

Chased it through half of the map before I decided it was not worth it. :eek:
 
Draw the minotaurs off from a distance with a bow, just make sure they arent standing right next to the unicorn. Take them out one by one that way. And BTW the unicorn is a magical creature so you have to use either a silver or magical weapon to do any damage.
 
Heat Wave = PWNZORZ!!

I have yet to do this quest. But IMO the Heat Wave spell was the best $1500+ I ever spent. Alhough it sucks against Fire Atronoch's. I need to now find a frost spell as good as the Heat Wave.
