Where do i have to go to learn the spell to summon the "Mended Flesh Atronach"

After i helped rebuild the Gatekeeper, i got the power to summon it once a day. But i want a spell to summon it as and when i wish too. So is there a trainer or shopkeeper i have to go to to learn the spell.

I looked all over for the spell too, but had no luck. Now the site I saw it on has removed it from the spell list so it may not actually be available.

well that really sux. Those guys kick a$$. Hopefully someone makes a mod that adds the spell to the game.
