Have any of you heard of this new thing nzxt is doing where they are building computers called nzxt bld? just select your favorite games, tell us your budget, and our recommendation engine will choose the perfect PC for you. What do you think of it good idea or should you still buy part yourself and build yourself

Gave it a quick look. Prices seem inflated a bit. Just built their highest end build for ~500 less with prices from Amazon, Newegg.
 
Tried building something close to the system in my sig, and BLD is charging (at minimum) +$300 extra vs doing it yourself. Probably more given the current climate.

At least the parts you pick from are decent. With BLD, you are at least not building junk.
 
I would expect a higher price than a DIY PC due to the building, installing, optimizing and testing of everything.

Seems pretty like a good calculator. If anything, this will give you back a quick recommended build and a shopping list that you come away with. Could use a more diverse listing of games.
