nvme drives feel so fragile it would be great to have a hard case to ship them or store them when not in use

anyone know of any? if they exist, its hard to find via google since "nvme", "storage", and "case" are such broad search terms that refer to many things

Sabrent drives come in a really nice padded aluminum case... i'd be willing to pay 5-10$ for it... it feels bombproof and looks nice too. i'd feel totally safe with of those just in a padded envelope

Yea they are sabrent I think I have 4 or 5. Need to dig em out of the storage bin down stairs. Will do so tomorrow and let you know how many I have.

cool i'll PM you

if anyone else knows of a place to get these, please post! I cant be the only one that needs these :)

Buy a cheap 3d printer :D

My printer pretty much paid itself off over the last year or so printing random stuff I need, like those pricey 3x5.25" to 5x3.5" drive brackets.
QFT. I printed one of these to ship a 950 Pro, and remixed/designed this sliding case to ship CPUs: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2422469
