Yah, that AND where out of nowhere from the middle of the screen it turns black and zooms out to fill the screen pitch black like some 80’s transition to a new scene.

then it goes back to normal
 
Reminder to remove the "-dch" from the download link to get the standard driver package that comes with the control panel.

If you get the DCH version you need to install the control panel from the Microsoft Store.

DCH is a Microsoft standard that requires additional software to not be packaged with the driver, so don't point your finger at NVIDIA.
