It would have to be a lottery for GFE members. They obviously don't have enough keys for everyone. There are literally millions of 1070/1080 owners.

So far only 1000-series owners have gotten emails and your purchase date doesn't matter (GFE has no idea when you bought your GPU).

1080FE and I noticed that I got a code this afternoon. After I got home from work I was able to successfully redeem it for WD2. I figured that with the "limited quantities act fast" note that I probably missed out on it but it worked.
