Nuc celeron win 8?

Looking for a upgrade for my wdtv live. Right now I have a WD cloud drive (2tb) loaded with movies/tv shows stored in mkv's. I also have a surface pro so miracast support would be beneficial but not crucial.

What I would like to do:
1. Play mkv's
2. low power torrent machine (wake on lan ideal)
3. Runs windows
4. Web browser would be nice but not crucial

Hardware I am thinking:
1. Nuc Celeron
2. 8gb ram (have a stick laying around)
3. Win 8 (have a copy)
4. 64gb usb drive for OS (already own)

Thinking of maybe a Bluetooth adapter and use a ps3 media remote? Or is there a better option around $30? Also looking for the cheapest option 200-250 max is my budget.

The bay trail celeron NUC takes DDR3L RAM, so your memory won't work.

It comes with an IR sensor on the front and bluetooth built in, so you can either use an IR remote or a bluetooth one.

The ram also needs to be 1.35 volt - standard 1.5 volt laptop memory doesn't work.

I have the DN2820H running openelec and it does all I need and more.
