Note to anyone with a *nix router

I just spend the past 3 hours troubleshooting lack of internets with my IPCop box. I solved it by restoring to the 20th December. If I hadn't set that backup where would I be?

Lesson : BACKUP YOUR *NIX ROUTER NOW NOW NOW NOW.

Hope it saves someone some time. :)
 
If you don't make backups you deserve your fate. This goes for everything, not just config files for IPCop.
