Not enough resouces avail for vid card driver???

I installed a nvidia 6200 le for my neighbor who does basic crap on the computer. she's got a p3 1000mhz w/256mb ram. i installed the driver and all i can get for display is 640x480 at 16 colors. when i go to device mgr under vid card resource tab it says that memory range d0000000-f00000000 (+/- a couple zeros) is not available. i've tried installing the newest driver from nvidia and still nothing. any advise?
 
Just a wild attempt at helping you but is a PCI card directly under the video card? If so, move it down a couple of slots. Could be an IRQ conflict. Oh and have you tried a different video card?
 
it actually turned out to be the video card. i went and exchanged it and the new one works fine. thnx for the help guys.
