Norton Firewall help

Anyone know some good guides for configuring Norton Firewall?..or just firewalls in general, I need to set one up on my server ASAP as it has probably already been compormised many times. The server hosts Ventrilo(www.ventrilo.com), MOH:Spearhead, Raven Shield, and Call of Duty..so if anyone is familiar with all of this, help would be appreciated, maybe even some money?(5 dollars or so)
