It is a long debated issue about the effect of noise cancealing on audio quality. Still in search for...what is the measuring ratio of these two factors one should taken in valuation while buying.?..thanx

If you have to listen in a noisy environment the noise cancellation quality pretty much out trumps other things. I wouldn't even consider anything but Bose for the purpose at the moment. I haven't heard any other brand that could come even close of the noise canceling level and the sound quality.

The Bose may not be the best sounding headphones ever but they are the best sounding noise canceling headphones.

Definately, Bose exceals in noise cancealing technology and have it's signature audio stream. On the pricing side they are bit higher in comparison of others in segment, but if someone serious about listening experience and quality, Bose simply unmatchable.
But as observed in some extent noise isolation feature does lower audio experience in some brands.
