Need a new CPU cooler? There is a review of the Noctua NH-U14S heatpipe HSF posted at NinjaLane today.

When reviewing silent cooling solutions we are often forced to recognize that silent cooling doesn't always translate into good overclocking performance yet, there are a few notable exceptions like self contained watercoolers and the Noctua NH-U14S.

How does this compare to the Noctua NH-D14?

Its not as good as the D14 but has very similar performance numbers. Pretty good for a cooler that is over 3 years old. The real benefit is memory clearance for which the D14 had none.
