Is the mounting the only difference between these two? Or is the contact surface bigger on the SE2011?

The SE2011 has PWM fans & 4-2011 socket studs, 2-mounting brackets with different screw springs & 4-screws for those brackets. Otherwise it's the same.
 
I just bought the NH-D14 and would like to upgrade to the Haswell chipset next year. Will I be able to use the one I have now when I upgrade my processor and motherboard?
 
I had NH-D14 for my 2600k and FX 8120. I got the NH-D14 SE2011 for my 3930k. It's practically the same thing...
 
Damn, they include PWM fans on the 2011? Didn't realize it or I might have paid the extra.
