I think the Secret labs Titan may be the happy medium between comfort and support.

Well mine will be here on Monday. Time to replace my free from work old Hon office chair that finally broke (the back plastic snapped) after 18+ years of use.

First 15 minute impressions. Slight pleather smell to it. Will probably dissipate in a few days. Must have been very simple to put together. I texted my wife when UPS delivered it, around lunch time and when I came home from work she had it assembled for me. Did not care for the lumbar pillow, love the support and firmness of the chair. I will post more latter.

I am very pleased with the comfort and firmness of the noblechairs Hero Gaming Chair. The lowest setting is higher than the lowest setting of my old chair, which is fine for me with a 30" inseam. I have been using the chair for about 4 hours a night . The pleather smell is gone. My wife is looking forward to the end of the month while I am gone a business trip so she can steal the chair for a week.

Still using mine, really like it. Just realized it has been a month and I already have the next chair here to review. I don't want to review another chair........because I want to keep this one.

So you definitely prefer it over the Icon? Which you previously loved. Lol

Yes. Not sure why that is funny.

  10. I think he is taking the piss because you previously “loved” a seat.

I don’t think thats funny, I think it’s weird, as usually folk just sit in them.

Titan is the same thing from the same factory, just a bit different cushions.

Have you tried both and looked at all the parts?

Someone from reddit had done that, the base was a bit different as well.

Main thing was noblechairs uses firmer materials, not quite as soft to sit on, and the lumbar support in Hero feels better since it's not "sticking out" from the softer cushions like on the titan.

Can you share that link please. I'm trying to determine if I can use the Noblechairs shorter gas lift on the Titan.

Looking to buy an office chair myself. What are the biggest differences between the icon and the hero? Hero worth the additional costs? I'm generally in my chair a few hours at a time

The biggest difference is the Hero has a built in lumbar adjustment and a wider shoulder back. The seat is slightly wider as well.

It isn't vertically adjustable though, so your lumbar has has be at the designed height for it to be good.

Correct, but I'm told it has a wide surface area. I've been doing tons of research on the Hero, Icon and Secretlabs Titan and Omega. I'm leaning towards the new Titan Softweave, but I have concerns about my measurements not matching up. Its extremely difficult making a choice without sitting in one first.

Got some roller blade wheels for my old chair and they are unbelievable! Every chair should come standard with these. Thank you Kyle B for the recommendation!
