none of the calculators I've found (including the one listed in the sticky) have any new equipment... no core2duos, no amd x2, no 7600gt or 7800gt, etc...

does anyone know of a psu calculator that has actually been updated in the last 2 years??

Jonny has a couple on his site. But sometimes it's just best to ask someone on the forums.

The ones in the sticky allow you to add all those missing components and give you the amps per rail needed making them less outdated (and more accurate) than one would think ;)

Don't bother with the extreme outervision. you want something that will tell you the amperage, not just the wattage. Extreme outervision clocked a single opteron and a 6600gt at over 500w draw. I'm just wondering why it's working fine on a 420w (!) powerstream.

ok so... in short, is this gonna work? lol

Doesn't do that for me, just tried it.
