No boot, after flashing BIOS

I have a DS3R motherboard, and wanted to update it's BIOS. So I downloaded F7d beta, backed up the current F5, and flashed the BIOS, via @BIOS program. It said it successfully flashed the BIOS. I then restarted the computer, and loaded the optimized defaults in the BIOS. Restarted, and nothing on the screen.

After that, I turned off the computer, and reseted the CMOS. Same result. Nothing on screen. I then tried my current RAM sticks, in different slots. Same thing. Blank screen.

I hope this doesn't mean, that I screwed the motherboard. Any ideas, are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Yes I do. Although I don't what the graphic card has to do with this, I will try it. Thanks for your replies!

that has happened to me before...just remove the battery or unplug the computer for a few hours.
