My last computer had an integrated Intel 1Gb NIC and a Cheap realtek Gb NIC. I was able to load balance them (with a single IP) and it worked with a cheap DLINK switch. I have since replace my old computer with one based around an Asus P5K Deluxe which has a Realtek and Marvell integrated NIC. Neither NIC software gives me the option to do the team. Anyone know how i can create a team under Vista Ultimate 64. The load balancing was very useful during LAN Parties.

You'd have to get a server NIC. Even Intel requires server NIC. As long as one of the card is a server you can team it with any cheap NIC. I can't speak for any other brand -- Just my experience with Intel ProSet.
