NFS: Undercover Motion Blur Fix

There doesn't seem to a setting to disable it in the game or turn it off in the registry (as with previous NFS games) but I read on another forum that turning World Effects to off effectively disables it without too much negative impact on visuals. In fact, I prefer it much more without the lens flare also and there's a nice framerate boost to boot!

Alright... unless the motion blur or the frame drops reeeeally bother you - keep that shit on high. The world detail is TERRIBLE looking without blur on. Everything looked dead.
