nforce raid install with win7

I have an Asus P5N-E SLI board with a nforce430i chipset on it. I'm trying to install win7 with the raid driver and I can't make it work.

I have the nforce raid enabled in the bios, and I can see my drive in the raid manager.

When I boot up the win7 install cd it doesn't see the drive and wants me to give it a driver. I have downloaded the most recent vista drivers but none of them work.

I have "sata_ide" and "sataraid" Either or win7 will still not see my drive.

Any ideas?

In the raid manager you need to select both drives and create an array with them, then when you load into 7 it will show the disk. The drivers are built for nvraid so if your not seeing it, you haven't properly created the raid array. The driver you would use if for some reason it didn't have it is the sataraid driver. You extract it to a folder, then pull out the raid folder, which inside should have the driver setup information as well perhaps additional folders. If you had to, drop that raid folder onto a usb drive.
